Those most qualified have taken certification courses, completed training/education programs, and have passed an accredited certification exam in order to hold proper credentials as a Certified Personal Trainer.

The average person should be able to notice even the most subtle training results after approximately 12-16 weeks of honest hard work with a personal trainer. Also, many people underestimate the importance of a proper diet when considering result timelines. 

Training session vary depending on the trainer. The average session last approximately 45-55 minutes and include a warm-up and cool-down component. 

A healthy balanced diet is key to successful training programs and overall health. Certified Personal Trainers can give general nutrition information and advice. Certified Personal Trainers can offer evidence based nutrition suggestions, share recipes, resources, and personal experiences about diet and nutrition. Trainers that are certified by accredited entities often take additional nutrition courses to better help and serve their clients.

If you are unable to cancel with prior notice to start date and time, you may forfeit your training or class fees.
